The catio you built us has met all requirements, and is a bit hit with our indoor cat! You enthusiastically took my fairly random idea, came and collaborated with me about height and depth, and then I left you to it, as you created the masterpiece! I trusted you to ensure that my cat didn’t escape as you came and went, and your consistent communication was next level - definitely better than any other tradesperson I have dealt with.
